The high-pass crossovers make a real difference—no more harsh tweeter distortion even when I crank the volume on these 20-watt drivers. Installed them in under an hour and the soundstage in my car feels much fuller than the stock units ever did.

Replaced the blown factory speakers in my boat's dash with these, and the difference is night and day. Even at 20 watts RMS with the built-in high-pass crossover, the highs are crisp without any distortion. Two speakers in the box meant I didn't have to buy a second pair.

The crossover does a lot of the heavy lifting here—no more harsh highs even at higher volumes, and the 20-watt RMS rating is plenty for my workshop bench. Hooked these up to a small amp in a portable cabinet and they've been running clean for two weeks straight.
