The 250-watt RMS rating is spot on for my setup, and the 4-ohm load matched my amp without any fuss. The 5/8" MDF cabinet feels solid as a rock, and the vented design really lets that 12" breathe.
The carpet covering feels tougher than most factory boxes I've owned, and the 5/8" MDF makes the whole thing solid enough that it doesn't rattle at all on bass-heavy tracks. Hooked it up to my amp at 4 ohms and it's handling the 250 watts cleanly without breaking a sweat.
The vented box really lets that 12" breathe—the lows come out punchy and tight right after hookup. The 5/8" MDF feels solid enough that I'm not worried about rattles, and the high density carpet looks clean in the trunk. It's a proper little bump machine for the price.
